  How many words of wrong can we cram into a 30-second commercial?  Let’s go! “From Walt Disney Pictures” OMG, something that’s actually true!! “Max is the most popular kid in school” Max is a cool loser. “MAX! MAX! MAX!” Ah, quote mining… “His girlfriend’s a babe.” Roxanne is a cupcake, but whatever, don’t want to get too type-technical here, since I’m sure that wasn’t the point.   Anyway, the main point is: Roxanne is not Max’s girlfriend until the end of the movie.  Until then, they mutually have feelings for each other but haven’t

It's no secret that A Goofy Movie is probably my favorite movie of all time.  I love it, I quote it all the time, and I practically have it memorized.  But I've heard people complain about the sequel far more than it deserves. Roxanne's disappearance is the biggest reason.  Some people think that the movie is completely unwatchable because of Roxanne's disappearance.  This is despite the fact that it can be explained in five simple words: she and Max broke up.  Of course, this argument is usually met with the rebuttal, "But Max worked so hard to get Roxanne to love him, he loved her so much..."  Yes.  As a not-quite-sophomore in high school.

 Feel free to use this as a recommendation list or disagree with me for being a silly PJ fan.  But if you do the former, keep in mind these are just my personal preferences and in no way reflect the fandom as a whole (or else "Leader of the Pack" would be a lot higher).    1.       A Goofy Movie: Has always been, and always will be, one of my three favorite movies of all time.  It's not even just amazing, it's transcendent. Gushing about everything I like about it the best would result in a summary of the entire movie.    2.       O, R-V, I N-V U: PJ's first standard focus episode, since "Axed By Addition" was a bit more wacky than most.
